Our passion is to support adult and pediatric patients for a broad range of Endocrine issues, including diabetes, thyroid, hypogonadism and osteoporosis as well as less common issues involving the Hypothalamic-Pituitary axis. We work closely with other physicians and medical professionals to ensure coordinated and effective care.

About Us

With over 20 years experience with progressively increasing experience within Engineering and Manufacturing organizations prior to pursuing a career in Medicine, my focus is on applying a disciplined, logical problem-solving process as the foundation of patient care for a diverse range of Endocrine management issues in support of patients.

I refuse to operate a “revolving door” practice with the goal of maximizing revenue at the expense of patient care. There is no phone tree or call center when you call our office, only the team of medical professionals dedicated to your care.

Services We Offer

The goal of our practice to provide effective Endocrinology care coordinated with your primary care and other specialist physicians. Although the majority of our patients are referred for management of diabetes mellitus and thyroid conditions, we offer a true general Endocrinology practice that includes evaluation and management of other conditions here locally in Terre Haute without the need for referral to a large academic medical center.

Endocrinology

We manage a board range of Endocrine issues including thyroid, osteoporosis, testosterone deficiency (hypogonadism) as well as disruptions in the Hypothalamic-Pituitary axis including Growth Hormone, Cortisol and Post-menopausal Estrogen insufficiency.

Diabetes

We manage not only Type 1 (Juvenile-Onset) and Type 2 (Adult-Onset) Diabetes Mellitus, but also less common glycemic disruptions including Monogenic Diabetes (MODY) and those secondary to other medical conditions like Steroid/Chemotherapy exposure and Cysttic Fibrosis. We specialize in care of Obstetric patients during pregnancy with preexisting Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes as well as Gestational Diabetes Mellitus.

EDUCATION

The key for success in diabetes control is in direct one-on-one interaction with our patients. We have a full-time Certified Diabetes Clinical Education Specialist (CDCES) as part of our team to support patients at all stages of their journey in the world of Diabetes Mellitus from initial diagnosis to monitoring of response to lifestyle modifications as well as review and assessment of medical management changes, including insulin management.
